Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel you order at any time before it is shipped by notifying us at info@orange-hedgehog.com. Please include your receipt/order number when contacting us about your order. 

However, if your order has already been shipped or had already gone into production, it can no longer be cancelled. 

You have 7 days upon receipt of your goods to request a refund of your purchase. Please contact us at info@orange-hedgehog.com, including your receipt / order number and reason for refund. We will then send you instructions on where you can post your goods back. Please note, the customer will need to pay for their own return postage. Please ensure the goods are sent back to us in the same condition you received them.

We are not able to offer refunds for goods that were bought on Sale or were custom made for you, this includes fabric.

Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment you used when purchasing the goods. We will issue a refund once you send us proof that you returned the goods (proof of postage).

Returns

If you'd like to return your product, please get in touch by email: info@orange-hedgehog.com for instructions on where you can post your item within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Please note you are responsible for returning the goods in the same condition you received them. We require proof of return postage in order to issue a refund. 

Refunds will be issues to the same method of payment the you used when purchasing the goods.
